The initiative seeks to strengthen the advocacy processes towards the implementation of the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) and the operationalization of its Framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This technical paper, elaborated in the context of CoCoA, provides an update on key adaptation agenda items, along with a traffic light assessment of the structure of a GGA decision in COP30.
