This technical paper analyses how 19 Latin American and Caribbean countries report adaptation in their 2024–2025 Biennial Transparency Reports, assessing their contribution to operationalising the Global Goal on Adaptation and the UAE Framework for Global Climate Resilience. The findings aim to inform the second Global Stocktake under the Paris Agreement starting in 2026.
